When is Carnival for St. Thomas?
Carnival for St. Thomas will be held from April 26 through May 2, 2026. The Adult’s Parade Day is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026.
Is registration open for St. Thomas Carnival 2026?
Yes, costume registration for St. Thomas Carnival 2026 is currently open. Interested persons may register by visiting the “Applications” page on the Infernos Carnival Troupe website.
Where can I view Infernos Carnival Troupe’s costumes?
Costumes for Carnival 2026 can be viewed on the “Gallery” page of the Infernos Carnival Troupe website. The mas camp location will be announced at a later date.
What information do I need for registration?
To register, participants must provide detailed size information. Ladies are required to submit their bra size, bodysuit size, panty size, T-shirt size, and hosiery size. Men are required to provide their waist size in inches and their T-shirt size. A minimum non-refundable deposit is also required at the time of registration.
What does the Infernos Carnival Troupe (ICT) costume package include?
The costume package includes a fully decorated, high-quality costume consisting of a headpiece, backpack where applicable, bodysuit, arm pieces, and foot pieces. Members also receive a complimentary T-shirt, hosiery, and a goody bag. Additional inclusions are entertainment by X-Static the Band, a light breakfast before the parade, a mobile bar with unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the parade route, access to a portable restroom, food after the parade, and admission to the Infernos Carnival Troupe beach party at Magens Bay on May 3, 2026.

X-Static the Band will provide music and entertainment for Infernos Carnival Troupe on parade day.
What are your bodywear options?
Bodywear options include a two-piece selection featuring a decorated bra or wire bra with various panty styles, such as frontline sling panties, midline high-waist sling panties, backline sling panties, or decorated high-waist panties. A standard whole suit option is also available, which is a full-body bathing suit designed using the materials and accessories of the selected section.
Can I order extra pieces with my costume?
Yes, members may order additional costume pieces such as larger headpieces, backpacks, or other embellishments for an additional cost. These options and their prices will be listed on the application. Members purchasing backpacks as an add-on must submit the required additional deposit at the time of ordering. If the deposit is not received promptly, the add-on will not be processed. All down payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
When do I need to pay for my costume?
Costume payment deadlines will be announced after the official launch. Members may also make payments at the Infernos Mas Camp using cash only or apply payments toward their balance through their online account.
Does Infernos Carnival perform a dance routine?
Yes, Infernos Carnival Troupe has a long-standing tradition of performing a dance routine at various points along the parade route, including Market Square and Post Office Square. Participation is optional. Members who wish to participate will be notified when sign-ups for rehearsals become available.
When can I collect my costume?
Costume distribution dates will be emailed to members and posted on the website and social media platforms. Costumes will only be released to members whose accounts are paid in full. The final distribution date will be announced later, and costumes not collected by that time will be placed for resale. Costumes are not shipped or delivered.
What do I get at costume distribution?
Members will receive their complete costume package at distribution. An ICT staff member will review the costume and goody bag contents with the member, and both parties will sign a checklist confirming receipt. Once a member leaves the mas camp, ICT is not responsible for missing or damaged items unless previously documented.
I am unable to collect my costume, can another person collect on my behalf?
Yes, another person may collect a costume on a member’s behalf with written consent and a copy of the member’s identification. The name on the identification must match the name on the application. Only fully paid costumes will be released.
I missed my collection date, what do I do?
After all scheduled distributions are completed, ICT will announce a final “last call” pickup date. Costumes not collected or not paid in full by that time will be placed for resale.
I’ve collected my costume, but it does not fit?
Costumes are custom-made based on the measurements provided at registration. Members are responsible for making their own adjustments or alterations after pickup, as ICT does not offer exchanges or resizing.
What time does the Adult’s Parade begin?
The Adult’s Parade begins promptly at 10:00 a.m.
Where will Infernos Carnival Troupe meet on the parade route?
Meeting location details will be communicated closer to parade day through email, the website, and social media platforms.
Do we know our number placement in the parade?
Parade numbers are assigned closer to Carnival and indicate registration with the Division of Festivals, not parade order. Members must follow all instructions given by band leaders and parade marshals throughout the route.
Can my husband/wife/child jump in on the route?
Only registered and fully paid members are allowed to participate on the parade route. Non-members may observe from the sidelines. Adult parade participants must be at least 18 years old and registered with the troupe.
What is the Infernos Carnival Troupe’s refund policy?
All Infernos Carnival Troupe costumes are non-refundable. Costumes are custom-made items, and once registration is completed, no exchanges, section changes, refunds of deposits or payments, or measurement changes will be accepted. All deposits and payments are also non-transferable.
